Vice-Commander Hal-O-Krak Flare

The Vice-Commander of the Knights of the Ether is a woman of great strength. She is physically stronger than her superior, Viceroy, and that can get in her way. Whilst Viceroy’s past with Barbatos makes him second guess his antics, Hal’s past makes her eager to see him go.

Bio

Hal-O-Krak was created by Doctor Shipori Eclipse, on request of Lord Barbatos. She was made using parts from creatures scattered all over the Solar System, but this wasn't what Barbatos wanted, so he biologically engineered her to be a shapeshifter. With his, Hal was able to shapeshifter into being a beautiful, dark-skinned woman, with luscious hair.
Barbatos used her as his personal toy, leaving her with trauma that almost caused her track. When she told Barbatos that he had gotten her pregnant, he abandoned her and ordered the child be killed. She left Barbatos' domain and stumbled across Viceroy and Yuri.
This was when she became who she was today, the Vice-Commander of the Knights of the Ether. She was viscous, physically stronger than Viceroy, but more brawn than brains. After all, there was a monster hidden deep beneath that beautiful facade.
